Dont forget to warm up

With the very cold weather we are experiencing at the moment you must not forget to warm up before you start any training.
Doing a proper warm up is vital to help prevent injuries to your muscles etc but in the current cold weather this is even more important so what ever you do make sure you include a good warm up to all your training routines.
