Having a child who is active and intelligent is a dream for most parents. Certain food ingredients can provide nutrient intake, body and brain development. Healthy foods that improve children intelligence, is something that parents need to be made aware of. The following are foods that can increase the intelligence of children:

1. Salmon.
Salmon contains omega 3, DHA and EPA. These substances are very important for growth and development of your child's brain function. Children become sharper in thinking and focus more on learning.

2. Eggs.
Eggs are easily available and cheap, the yolk is very good for brain development in children, and can assist children in learning.

3. Peanut butter.

10. Meat no fat.
Meat no fat is very good for maintaining the brain's memory because it contains iron. Iron is an essential mineral that will make children concentrate and remain focused on learning.
